Job summary

LSI SOLUTIONS® is seeking a Cleaning and Deburring Operator to perform precision deburring and cleaning of medical device components in a cleanroom setting in Victor, NY. Weekend Day shifts run from Friday to Sunday, 6am–6pm, with $22–$24 hourly pay plus a $3 weekend differential.

Applicants should be able to work under a microscope and follow stringent work instructions. Responsibilities include operating cleaning and passivation steps, packaging parts, and maintaining DI water and ultrasonic

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient using a computer for simple tasks.
• Preferred experience with cleaning agents such as detergents.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision deburring and polishing under a microscope.
• Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Clean, passivate, and package parts per work instructions.
• Monitor ultrasonic cleaning and DI water systems daily.
• Maintain quality and accuracy of processed components.
