Job summary

LSI SOLUTIONS is hiring for Cleaning and Deburring Operators at our Victor, NY facility. You will perform deburring, cleaning, passivation and packaging of precision components used in medical devices, under controlled conditions.

Roles include Operator I, II, III with increasing responsibility. Expect routine use of microscopes, adherence to quality systems, and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient computer use for basic tasks.
• Experience with cleaning agents is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision deburring and polishing under a microscope.
• Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Clean, passivate, and package parts per documented instructions.
• Monitor ultrasonic cleaning systems and DI water systems.
• Maintain quality and complete paperwork accurately.
• Follow Quality System Requirements and safety procedures.
• Lead or assist on process steps and training as needed.
• Search and locate documents and work instructions in GAS.
