LSI SOLUTIONS® in Victor, NY is seeking a Cleaning and Deburring Operator I/II/III to perform precision deburring and cleaning operations on medical device components in a cleanroom environment.

The role demands strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work under a microscope, while following documented work instructions and Quality System Requirements. This on-site opportunity offers benefits and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient using a computer for simple to moderate tasks.
• Preferred experience with cleaning agents (detergents, nitric acid).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision deburring and polishing operations under a microscope.
• Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Clean, passivate, and package parts per documented work instructions.
• Monitor ultrasonic cleaning system’s tanks, temperature and cleanliness.
• Monitor and control DI water system daily and communicate issues.
• Maintain consistent quality and workmanship of the components.
• Process paperwork accurately and neatly.
• Adhere to Quality System Requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Capable of working extended hours beneath a microscope.
