Job summary

Zeeco is seeking a Class A Fitter/Welder for a weekend shift in Broken Arrow, OK. You will fit-up and weld carbon steel and stainless steel assemblies per WPS, and maintain equipment and PPE to ensure safe, high-quality welds.

This role features a 36-hour weekend schedule with pay for 40 hours and potential OT. A signing bonus of $4,500 is offered. Candidates must have 8+ years of welding experience and proficiency in multiple welding processes.

Qualifications

• Specialized welding training and/or 8+ years of related welding experience with a demonstrated skill proficiency at an advanced level, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and skill proficiency.
• Must pass a 3g plate test in mig/fluxcore.
• Must pass a 6g all Tig with a 1/2" schedule 160 pipe.
• Must be skilled fitter with verifiable experience
• Must pass a written fitter test
• Must consistently demonstrate code quality. Must be proficient in the following codes: API, B31.3, UW51, UW52, B1.1, STS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Fit-up and weld carbon steel and stainless steel assemblies in accordance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and work instructions to meet required weld quality and post weld testing criteria.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and supplies in safe working order; operate within a team-based environment and comply with HSE standards.
