Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Lancaster, PA is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor for a part-time Saturday or Sunday schedule, 10am–4pm, with potential extra weekday coverage. This role focuses on patient care in a streamlined, supportive setting to help people feel better.

Requirements include a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.), a current DC license, NBCE exam completion, and malpractice eligibility. Strong communication and a patient-first mindset are essential; compensation ranges from $40 to $50 per

Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
Valid DC license in the applicable state.
Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam).
Eligible for malpractice insurance.
Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
