Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Lancaster, PA is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor for a part-time weekend role (Saturdays or Sundays, 10 am–4 pm) to deliver high-quality care in a convenient retail setting.

Requirements include a Doctor of Chiropractic, a valid DC license, NBCE Parts I–IV (or SPEC), eligibility for malpractice insurance, and strong communication with patients. The franchise structure applies.

Qualifications

• DC degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• NBCE Parts I–IV (or SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromuskuloskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
