Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Lancaster, PA is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor for a part-time role focusing on routine care on Saturdays or Sundays from 10am to 4pm. The position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a streamlined, supportive environment.

As a Doctor of Chiropractic, you will exam patients, perform adjustments, educate on care plans, and maintain records. State license, NBCE scores, and malpractice insurance are required; franchisee employment

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations

Position Summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing team. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems

Schedule

We are looking for part-time addition to our team to cover either Saturdays or Sundays from 10-4pm. We can also offer additional hours during the week for backup coverage from time-to-time.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: $40to $50 / hourdepending on experience
• Bonus potential
• Additional benefits depending on hours worked
