Villaspring is seeking a Charge Nurse to support the Nursing Supervisor for weekend shifts and oversee total patient care within the unit. The role includes supervising STNAs, administering medications per physician orders, and ensuring adherence to unit policies on a weekend/evening schedule.

The position requires an active RN license in Kentucky, an associate degree in nursing, and the ability to work on the designated unit under DON/ADON direction. Strong advocacy for patients is essential.

Qualificações

• Valid RN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Associates or better in Nursing.
• Must meet state continuing education hours per licensure period.
• Willing to perform non-professional duties.
• Patient advocate and able to act in emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out administrative and patient care duties during shift.
• Supervises and assumes responsibility for care delivered by STNAs.
• Interpret and enforce department policies and procedures to staff, medical personnel, patients, and the public.
