Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately (cash, credit, checks, etc.).
• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Verify item descriptions, prices, and quantities at checkout.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist with store operations.
• Count tenders, prepare deposits, and balance drawer daily.
• Direct customers to items and assist other team members as needed.
