Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Part-Time Case Manager for the Danvers Treatment Center on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM). This 16-hour schedule supports a detoxification program providing 24-hour nursing oversight and comprehensive case management for individuals transitioning through recovery stages.

The role emphasizes advocacy, coordination with treatment teams, and referrals to aftercare resources.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred; High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year related experience in addiction treatment.

Responsibilities

• Obtains documents and relevant intake material; conducts intake evaluation and counseling sessions.
• Shares responsibility for education and group programming activities.
• Participates in client evaluations and case conferences.
• Provides referrals for family members to self-help programs when applicable.
• Assesses continuing care needs and arranges transfer or admission to appropriate facilities.
• Coordinates transportation to next level of care.
