Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Fast Fetch Cart Pick Associate for the Belton, MO facility. The role focuses on accurate order picking in a fast-paced warehouse, using handheld scanners and the WMS to verify items and quantities, while following set pick paths and procedures.

Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and safety are essential as associates support multiple warehouse functions and maintain clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass required pre-employment screening and background checks.
• Experience with handheld scanners and WMS is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform Fast Fetch Cart Pick functions by accurately picking customer orders using assigned carts, totes, or containers.
• Use handheld scanners and WMS to locate products, verify items and quantities, and complete assigned work.
• Follow established pick paths and standard work to support efficient order flow.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while completing tasks.
• Identify missing products or inventory discrepancies and communicate barriers.
• Move between warehouse functions as needed and assist with packing, sorting, staging, and loading.
