Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring Warehouse Associates in Belton, MO. You will handle loose freight, load and unload, sort, and move products within our distribution center, working as part of a cooperative team.

Expected duties include order picking, operating handheld scanners, following safety policies, and maintaining a clean facility while delivering timely service to customers. Previous warehouse experience and basic computer/WMS use are a plus; full benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Capable of performing physically exerting duties in a warehouse.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Computer experience with order management systems including WMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as order picking.
• Load trucks, keeping in mind weight, size, and characteristics of product.
• Use handheld scanners and equipment for warehouse management system compliance.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
• Keep the facility clean, neat, and orderly.
• Provide outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail.
• Adhere to company or site-specific safety policies and guidelines.
