Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Fast Fetch Cart Pick Associate for the Belton, Missouri warehouse. The role supports daily order fulfillment, using handheld scanners and the WMS to accurately pick customer orders.

You will follow defined pick paths, maintain accuracy, and assist with other warehouse duties as needed. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Experience with handheld scanners or WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Fast Fetch Cart Pick functions by accurately picking orders using carts, totes, or containers.
• Use handheld scanners and the WMS to locate products, verify items and quantities, and complete work.
• Follow pick paths and standard work to support efficient order flow.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while completing tasks.
• Identify inventory discrepancies or missing products and communicate issues promptly.
• Move between warehouse functions as needed to support operations.
