Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield is seeking Weekend Caregivers and HHAs to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. You will support daily living activities, monitor changes, and partner with a responsive office team to ensure safe, respectful, and comfortable client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted and compassionate care focusing on client's unique needs
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, personal care, ambulation, transfers, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in client condition and maintain accurate records of services provided
• Collaborate with office team to ensure comprehensive care
• Ensure client's rights and confidentiality
