Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Tri-Cities is seeking compassionate weekend caregivers to provide in-home support for clients in the community. Earn $19–$24 per hour with on-demand Tapcheck pay and flexible weekend shifts (day, evening, and overnight) to fit your schedule.

We offer paid orientation and ongoing training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for career growth as you help clients maintain independence and quality of life at home.

Qualifications

• Active HCA or CNA certification preferred (or ability to obtain required credentials).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background check requirements.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help clients with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor client well-being and report any changes
• Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life
