Job summary

The Springs Living in Lake Oswego, OR is hiring compassionate Caregivers to provide personalized care for residents. You will assist with daily routines, offer warmth and companionship, and collaborate on service plans with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass criminal background and drug test.
• Training provided to succeed in role.
• Focus on compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with their daily routines as indicated in their service plans, which can include helping with bathing, dressing, or assistance with personal grooming.
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support our residents.
• Collaborate in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
• Answer call lights.
• Work together on a team of caregivers and med techs
