Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Background checks will be required.

• Minimum of 3 years caregiving experience is required.
• Previous home care or senior care experience preferred.

• Must meet background screening and hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide bed baths and personal hygiene care as needed.
• Provide incontinence care, including changing briefs and keeping the client clean and comfortable.
• Assist with repositioning and transfers in a safe and gentle manner per care plan.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment during the shift.
• Observe and report changes in client condition, skin, mobility, or routine.
• Follow the established care plan, safety procedures and family instructions.
• Communicate questions or concerns about care needs to the office.
