Home Instead is seeking caring individuals to join as Caregivers in Raleigh, NC. You’ll be supported by a dedicated office team, training, and caregiving tools to focus on helping seniors.

Responsibilities include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, personal care, and building trusted relationships. Weekly pay, benefits for eligible employees, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA/HHA/LPN/RN.
• Reliable transportation to and from client visits (drivers preferred but not required).
• Minimum of two professional references.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to provide consistent care.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual or multilingual encouraged.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
