Job summary

Home Instead in Illinois is seeking caring caregivers to support seniors with companionship, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping. You will join a team that provides 24/7 office support and access to scheduling tools, with weekly pay and benefits for eligible employees.

Requirements include a minimum of 6 months paid caregiving experience or appropriate CNA/HHA/RN credentials, openness to two weekly shifts, and basic English communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
