Job summary

Focus Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dependable Weekend Caregiver to support clients in their homes in Pleasant Valley, MO. You will provide hands-on care Friday through Sunday, helping with daily routines, personal care, and medication reminders while maintaining safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or willingness to complete APC training within 30 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Physical capability to assist with caregiving tasks.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required state background screenings.

About the Role

Focus Healthcare Solutions is a locally owned homecare provider dedicated to helping clients live safely and comfortably at home. We’re currently looking for a dependable and compassionate Weekend Caregiver to support clients from Friday through Sunday. If you enjoy meaningful, one-on-one care and want your work to truly matter, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

As part of our care team, you’ll provide hands-on support tailored to each client’s needs, including:

• Assisting with personal care and daily routines

• Supporting medication reminders/administration

• Helping maintain a clean and safe home environment

• Observing and documenting client condition and progress

• Communicating with team members to ensure continuity of care

Schedule & Pay

• Weekend availability required (Friday–Sunday)

• Starting at $20/hour

What We’re Looking For

• CNA certification or willingness to complete APC training within 30 days
