Job summary

One You Love Homecare Waco is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide essential non-medical home care services. You will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help maintain independence and dignity in a home setting.

The role involves weekend shifts and requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and authorization to work in the United States. Flexible scheduling and generous benefits are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related field is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.

• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
