Job summary

Care Partners At Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to children, adults, and seniors in Orange and surrounding areas. You will assist with personal care, ADLs, companionship, meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping according to individualized care plans.

The role offers flexible scheduling, a streamlined hiring process with virtual interviews, paid orientation and training, and a $150 commitment bonus after 30 days of availability.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates.
