Job summary

Care Partners At Home in Orange County is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to children, adults and seniors. This flexible, part-time role offers personal care, companionship, ADLs, meal prep and light housekeeping with a pay rate of $19.00–$23.00 per hour and paid orientation.

Requirements include at least 1 year of caregiving experience, ability to pass background check and drug screening, TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification (cost assistance available).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required; team will guide registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-to-one caregiver support tailored to each client.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates.
