Job summary

Commonwise in Charlottesville, VA is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate home care. You can choose mornings, evenings, or nights with flexible scheduling, starting pay of $17.50–$20 per hour, and a $250 sign-on bonus after 80 hours.

You'll receive weekly pay, benefits including health/vision/dental, PTO, 401(k), mileage reimbursement, and 24/7 on-site support. We mentor caregivers (RN Care Manager) and offer free online training and hands-on simulations to grow.

Responsibilities

• Building meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Providing reliable and compassionate care
• Advocating for clients in community settings
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding
• Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and support with hobbies and interests
