Join Commonwise Home Care in Charlottesville, VA, where you can choose mornings, evenings, or nights and control your schedule. Starting pay ranges from $18–$25 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus after the first 80 hours for CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Building meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Providing reliable and compassionate care
• Advocating for clients in community settings
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding
• Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and support with hobbies and interests
