Developmental Foundations in Decatur, IL is hiring Caregivers / DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in CILA homes, providing around-the-clock care in a home-like setting.

Weekend availability is required with several scheduling options (weekends, or a mix of weekday and weekend shifts); starting wage is $18.75 per hour, with paid training and benefits including BCBSIL health and dental, vision, 401k with employer match, PTO and vacation, and potential CNA license renewal.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required.
• Entry level position. Training is provided and paid!
