Aufgaben

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care and maintain a clean environment.
• Provide medication reminders, as authorized by requirements.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or needs.
• Follow the client's care plan and all safety/infection-control procedures.
• Maintain client confidentiality and treat every client with respect and dignity.
• Communicate professionally with family members or care team.
