Job summary

MonteCedro is seeking compassionate aides to join our assisted living and memory care team. Under the charge nurse, you’ll assist residents with daily living, monitor changes, and help with ambulation and laundry.

This is a part-time weekend position paying $22.00 per hour with shift differentials and access to on-demand payday and a year-end bonus. We value dependable team players; eligibility includes a high school education (or equivalent experience), First Aid certification, basic computer

Qualifications

• High school education preferred or up to six months related experience.
• Must have First Aid Certification.
• Basic computer skills with experience using electronic medical records/charting.
• Must be willing and able to walk for multiple hours per shift with ease.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the charge nurse, responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living which may include but is not limited to personal care, ambulation, and laundry.
• Monitors and documents resident condition, reports changes, and encourages socialization.
• Ideal candidates will be dependable, compassionate team players.
