Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caregivers for weekend shifts in the Bells and Alamo area. Earn $14–$16 per hour performing companionship, light housekeeping, meal reminders, and transportation support for clients in home care settings.

Requirements include at least 6 months caregiving experience or current CNA/HHA/PCA/DSP, a valid driver's license with vehicle and insurance, and the ability to pass background and drug tests. Training opportunities and benefits available.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months caregiving experience or current CNA/HHA/PCA/DSP certification or willing to train.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation with clients.
• Assistance with activities, mobility and light exercise.
• Meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Support with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Light housekeeping and errands as needed.
• Occasional transportation to appointments or outings.

• Morning [7am - 1pm, 8am - 2pm, 9am - 2pm]
• Afternoon [12pm - 4pm]
• Evening [4pm - 8pm, 5pm - 9pm]
• Long Day or Overnight Hours

Weekend Pay!

• ($14.00 - $16.00 / hour)
