Rockwell Care Services in Pocatello, Idaho is hiring a Weekend Caregiver to support adults with disabilities in a residential setting. You'll provide companionship, help with personal care, meals, and daily routines while fostering safe, independent living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months paid caregiving experience or one year unpaid caregiving experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, seniors, or other vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement.

Location: Pocatello, Idaho

Rockwell Care Services is hiring caring, dependable individuals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Whether you have professional caregiving experience or have cared for a loved one, we'd love to meet you.

This position offers a consistent weekend schedule, paid training, and the opportunity to build rewarding relationships with the people you serve.

Schedule & Pay

• Saturday and Sunday

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• $14–$15 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do

As a Weekend Caregiver, you'll help residents enjoy safe, fulfilling, and independent lives by:

• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement

• Assisting with personal care and daily routines

• Preparing meals and helping with household tasks

• Assisting with medication reminders

• Transporting residents to activities and appointments when needed

• Participating in community outings and recreational activities

• Teaching daily living skills that encourage independence

• Creating a positive, respectful, and supportive environment

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Compassionate and dependable

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Organized with good communication skills

• At least 18 years of age

• Possesses a valid driver's license with reliable transportation

• Able to pass required background checks
