Job summary

Right at Home Phoenix West is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors at home. Join a team that values compassion, PPE readiness, and a flexible schedule to fit your life.

Duties include assisting with daily living, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, mobility support, medication reminders, and friendly companionship. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; ability to lift 50 lbs; valid driver’s license with auto insurance; background check; CNA/HHA/PCA certification

Qualifications

• Must lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass background check and possess valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.

• Provide companionship and supervise medication reminders.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will have the chance to perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, which include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home
• Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning the bathroom
• Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments
• Bathing/Showering/Dressing
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Dementia care
• Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide
