Job summary

Wellhaven Home Care Charleston is seeking an Evening Caregiver to assist clients with daily living tasks, monitor health, and provide compassionate support. You will follow care plans, remind about medications, and maintain safety through mobility assistance and proper transfers in a home-care setting.

Applicants should have caregiver experience, be reliable and communicative, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience as a caregiver is required.
• Dementia and long-term care experience is a plus.
• Physically able to assist with hands-on care and mobility.
