Caregivers will assist with personal care, housekeeping, and coordination of services under nurse supervision, ensuring adherence to each client’s plan of care.

Qualificações

• No prior caregiving experience required; training provided.
• Must have valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care: bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, appointment arranging.
• Provide housekeeping: light housework, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, etc.
• Provide medication and nursing services in client’s home with nurse assistance.
• Follow the client’s care plan to ensure safe, competent care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide personal care: assistance with personal care (ADL’s) such as bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, denture care, toileting, mobility, appointment arranging, etc.

• Provide housekeeping: assistance with housekeeping (IADL's) such as light housework, laundry, grocery/clothing shopping, prescription pickup, meal preparation, etc.

• Provide medication services and nursing services (as authorized) in the client’s home with nurse assistance and full training.

• Follows the provided plan of care and service plan to ensure safe, competent care to the client.

SCHEDULE

OPEN WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED.

• Based on caregiver availability plus client needs

• Weekend shifts
