New Outlook Home Care in Medford, OR is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide personal and home care to the aged and disabled. Overnight shifts are required, with care delivered in clients' homes under supervision by a nurse when needed.

Training is provided online and in person to meet the requirements of the role. Applicants must have a driver’s license and car insurance and will join a mission-driven team focused on strong client–caregiver matches.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care: assistance with personal care (ADL’s) such as bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, denture care, toileting, mobility, appointment arranging, etc.
• Provide housekeeping: assistance with housekeeping (IADL's) such as light housework, laundry, grocery/clothing shopping, prescription pickup, meal preparation, etc.
• Provide medication services and nursing services (as authorized) in the client’s home with nurse assistance and full training.
• Follows the provided plan of care and service plan to ensure safe, competent care to the client.
