Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of MOT is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care, including companionship and social engagement for clients in their own homes. Weekend and short-visit opportunities are available, with a focus on appreciation and recognition within our independently owned agency.

We offer competitive pay of $20–$25 per hour per assignment, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, and flexible schedules

Qualifications

• Caregivers with compassionate CNA/HHA/DCA/PCA certification or experienced non-certified
• Able to work weekend, casual/part-time short visits
• Willing to provide non-medical assistance and companionship

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish professional communication with clients, family and coworkers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts
