Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Washington state is seeking a Weekend Caregiver (HCA/CNA) to deliver compassionate in-home care for clients. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping while ensuring safety and dignity during weekend visits.

We offer competitive pay of $19–$24 per hour, on-demand Tapcheck pay, flexible weekend schedules with day, evening, and overnight shifts, plus paid orientation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active HCA or CNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain required credentials).
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing medication reminders
• Monitoring changes in clients' well-being and reporting concerns
• Encouraging independence while ensuring safety and comfort

What You'll Do

As a Weekend Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, person-centered care that enhances the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Helping clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
