Dawson & Dawson Home Care LLC in Beaufort, SC seeks a Weekend Care Professional to provide non-medical assistance to clients. You will help with ADLs, grooming, meal prep, errands, light housekeeping, and offer companionship, with a focus on safety and compassionate service.

Weekend shifts Friday through Sunday, ongoing training, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Formación

• CNA or prior care giving experience preferred.
• Individual must be 100% reliable and punctual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing excellent care to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-medical care including grooming, dressing, bathing, and ADLs.
• Assist with errands and light household tasks.
• Offer specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or disabilities.
• Administer medication reminders according to prescribed schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including care notes and incident documentation.
• Promptly report any client concerns or changes in condition to the supervisor.
• Respond swiftly and effectively in case of emergency situations.
• Attend monthly staff meetings to stay updated on policies and procedures.
