The role includes weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), training, and collaboration with a supportive team. Prior CNA or caregiving experience is valued, with strong communication and calmness in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to client, including grooming, dressing, bathing, meal prep, and ADLs.
• Assist with errands and light household tasks.
• Offer specialized care for conditions like dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and disabilities.
• Administer medication reminders per schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of services and care notes.
• Report client concerns or changes to supervisor promptly.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and complete in-service training.
