Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for weekends only. The position supports residents with personal care, light housekeeping, and social engagement. Shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am on weekends, with training provided.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent; CNA/HHA is preferred. CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus. Background screening and commitment to compassionate care are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA/ Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
• Support residents during life enrichment programs and activities.
