Job summary

Compassionate Living Home, Inc. in Bolingbrook is looking for a Weekend Staffing & Operations Coordinator to manage weekend operations for their residential services. Responsibilities include staffing coordination, ensuring compliance, and overseeing resident activities. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare or similar contexts.

Working hours are every weekend with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The position offers $30.00 per hour for scheduled hours, along with additional on-call compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating staffing across multiple locations.
• Background in residential operations in healthcare or CILA.
• Ability to manage transportation logistics and emergency responses.
