You will prep food, clean, restock, and greet guests, ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience. You will support team members and maintain cleanliness and inventory throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks during high-traffic breakfast service.

• Proficiency with basic computer tasks for scheduling and POS if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests as they arrive for breakfast service.
• Greet, prep, clean, restock and ensure breakfast area meets brand standards.
• Maintain knowledge of daily house count, groups, and hotel features.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and work toward improving scores.
• Assist in educating guests on breakfast options.
