Job summary

Residence Inn Providence Lincoln is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a warm, organized breakfast service. You will handle setup, sanitation, restocking, and guest interactions to provide a memorable morning experience for guests.

You will maintain clean dining and kitchen areas, manage inventory, and support the hotel team in delivering consistent, high-quality service during breakfast hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food service regulations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills.
• Able to lift and carry heavy trays.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to think quickly and resolve guest issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day breakfast activities in line with regulations.
• Ensure breakfast is prepped and replenished during service.
• Greet guests warmly and engage them while restocking coffee.
• Maintain inventory and assist with food orders.
• Assist setup, service and breakdown of breakfast and meeting spaces.
• Inspect kitchen, prep area, and dining space for cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment maintenance and use.
• Check storage areas for supplies and cleanliness.
• Clear and reset counters and tables after service.
• Keep work areas clean throughout the day.
• Respond to guest requests and handle complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with hotel team to deliver memorable service.
