Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for Residence Inn - Chicago Bolingbrook, IL. This part-time role runs weekends from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM with starting salary range of $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days.

You will prepare and serve breakfast, maintain a tidy area, and deliver friendly guest service to ensure a great start to their day. We offer on-the-job training, team support, and recognition programs, plus benefits such as paid time off

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast for guests, ensuring an appealing presentation and pleasant experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the breakfast area, ensuring everything is well-stocked and presentable.
• Provide exceptional customer service, interacting kindly with guests and addressing their needs.
• Help manage inventory of food and beverages, reporting any restocking needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and cleaning staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
