Job summary

Homewood Suites Arlington, part of Highgate Hotels, LP, seeks a Breakfast Attendant for Fridays and Saturdays in Arlington, TX. The role is part-time, hourly, and focused on delivering warm guest service in the hotel’s breakfast area.

The attendant will maintain cleanliness and setup, assist with beverage service, and perform opening/closing duties as directed by management. A HS diploma, weekend availability, and beverage-service readiness are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet the legal age to serve alcohol and pass a responsible serving course such as TIPs if required by property.
• Must be able to obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests in the breakfast area.
• Greet and seat guests and ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the breakfast area.
• Assist with beverage preparation, including coffee and tea drinks.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
• Perform cashiering tasks and closing checks as required.
