Island Hospitality Management is seeking a part-time Bistro Server in San Diego to greet guests, take orders, and present made-to-order food and beverages with a friendly, attentive approach.

You'll work Saturdays and Sundays from 6AM-11AM, and help maintain a clean, stocked bistro while ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated team player with initiative and achievement drive.
• Able to handle problems in the workplace including anticipating and solving issues.
• Comfortable working in stressful situations while maintaining service quality.
• Approachable for guests and able to validate IDs and monitor beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' orders and serve food and beverages.
• Ensure a wonderful dining experience from start to finish.
• Receive orders and keep the bistro space well-stocked at all times.
• Clean and sanitize tables and service areas after each shift.

Our team is now seeking an adaptive team player to work in our Bistro! As a part-time Bistro Server, you will be a key reference for guests while preparing and serving made-to-order food and beverage products.

This position requires Saturday and Sunday scheduling availability from 6AM-11AM.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Taking guests' orders, cooking, and delivering food
• Ensuring a wonderful dining experience from beginning to end
• Receiving food and beverage orders and ensuring the bistro service space remains well-stocked at all times
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service

Job Qualifications:

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
• Ability to help validate customers' IDs and monitor all beverage consumption

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
