Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Weekend Medical Support focused Behavioral Health Technician in Quincy, IL. This part‑time role supports residential substance use treatment with direct client care and medical help.

Ideal candidates are CNAs, MAs, PCTs, EMTs, or other healthcare professionals who value meaningful weekend work and teamwork in a mission-driven environment. On-site shifts include Friday mornings and weekend days with on‑call coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum two years of consistent work history.
• CNA or MA experience preferred for weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and recovery-focused support.
• Monitor client well‑being and report concerns to the team.
• Assist with admissions, safety checks, and specimen collection; coordinate with nursing staff.
• Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary team meetings; assist with client transportation as needed.
