Job summary

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Technician (Internal title: Community Living Instructor BHCC) to provide compassionate support during behavioral health crises.

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 7:00pm-7:30am, 24 hours weekly, on-site at the BHCC. Under supervision of the Triage Clinician Lead, you will assist with daily needs, safety, and creating a supportive environment while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and mentoring new staff.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred.
• At least one (1) year of psychiatric, nursing, or emergency room work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered crisis support and ensure daily needs are met.
• Monitor safety and engage with individuals to create a supportive environment.
• Participate in medication administration (following L1MA training).
• Share observations with the treatment team to enhance care.
