Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a recognized mental health field.
• 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Must be eligible to sit for licensing exam within 6 months; LPC/LSW/LMFT licensure within one year.
• Preferred: LSW, LPC, LMFT licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foundational psychosocial assessments and gather collateral information.
• Implement treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive therapeutic interactions.
• Coordinate discharge planning, schedule follow-ups, and referrals.
• Identify patient and family needs and escalate barriers to senior staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation per standards.
