Job summary

Oakwood Heights Village is seeking a Weekend Baylor RN Supervisor to lead the weekend nursing team in Oil City, PA. This role offers a consistent 7:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule and a chance to provide high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, guiding clinical decisions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. PA RN license and supervisory experience are preferred; strong leadership is valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shift.
• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to the nursing team.
• Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and resident assessments.
• Respond to clinical issues and make appropriate decisions.
• Communicate with physicians, families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Support staffing needs and address issues during the shift.
