Job summary

Oakwood Heights Village in Oil City, PA is seeking a Weekend Baylor RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team during the 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts. This role focuses on clinical leadership, staff supervision, and resident safety.

You will provide guidance, supervise admissions/discharges, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate with physicians and families. Active PA RN license and prior supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the assigned shift.
• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to the nursing team.
• Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and resident assessments.
• Respond to clinical issues and make appropriate decisions.
• Communicate with physicians, families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Support staffing needs and address issues that arise during the shift.
